














As Vice President and Corporate Controller of PotashCorp, Denis Sirois is responsible for preparation of financial statements, compliance with reporting requirements to shareholders, internal control implementation, audit coordination, reporting to the Audit Committee and accounting policies and procedures.
Mr. Sirois has had a 30-year history with PotashCorp. He was the General Accountant for PCS Mining before becoming Chief Accountant for PotashCorp Cory. He then became Controller for PCS Inc. and, in 1997, Vice President. Before joining PotashCorp, he was employed at the Bank of Montreal in Manitoba.
He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan. In 1983, he attained his Certified Management Accountant designation.
